As a type of air pollution control device, the spray tower (or spray scrubber) is an indispensable tool in modern industrial environments. It can remove pollutants from exhaust gas and reduce the impact on the environment.
Working Principle of Spray Tower
Dust-laden and pollutant-containing waste gas enters from the lower part of the tower body. After preliminary treatment, it fully contacts with the atomized droplets sprayed by the spraying system. In this process, dust particles, gaseous pollutants, etc. in the waste gas are absorbed, intercepted and condensed by the droplets.
Then, the waste gas passes through the packing layer to further increase the contact area and contact time with the droplets and improve the purification efficiency.
Finally, the waste gas after demisting treatment is discharged from the top of the tower body to meet environmental protection standards.
Applications of Spray Tower
The spray purification tower is widely used in waste gas treatment in industries such as chemical, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, printing and dyeing.
